Mark Evans
Viewpoint Building Surveys was founded by Mark Evans, an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
With experience spanning residential surveying, property development, construction and investment property, Mark has been involved in the acquisition, refurbishment and management of a wide range of residential assets throughout London and the South East.
This practical experience helps clients understand not only what defects exist, but also the likely implications, priorities and potential repair considerations.
