Step 1. Reserve Booking

Select your survey type and preferred inspection date below. Complete the booking form with the property address and estate agent or vendor contact details.
Your selected date is provisionally reserved while we arrange access to the property.


Step 2. We Arrange Access

Once we receive your booking request, we will contact the estate agent or vendor directly to arrange access and confirm the inspection date.
You don't need to coordinate the appointment yourself, we'll take care of the arrangements on your behalf.


Step 3. Confirm Your Booking

Once access has been arranged, we'll send you confirmation of the inspection together with our Terms of Engagement, invoice and secure payment link. Your survey is confirmed once the inspection arrangements and payment have been completed.
